I met Sandra when I became Principal Social Worker in Warwickshire.  Sandra worked in my team and led on our work to ensure we heard the ‘voice of the child’ in all the work we did alongside families.  Sandra was an inspiration to me, I learnt much from her.  I remember Sandra talking so much about her beloved Edward and Isla, she was so proud of her family.  Sandra will be greatly missed by all those who she worked with, she touched so many childrens lives and made such a difference to each and everyone of them.  You are all in my thoughts at thid very sad time.
